What Kathy Parker doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
2nd time I ordered a mushroom pizza supposed to have been extra mushrooms, same results. Got me once, sham on you, got me twice shame on me, won’t happen again!!.
I needed to provide an update on my experience. Unfortunately, it seems that not all pizza makers at this restaurant are on the same level. Jessica, who has prepared our food a few times, always made it perfectly. However, on our most recent visit, the person who made our pizzas was the complete opposite. There was barely any sauce on either pizza, and one had just a tiny piece of chicken on each slice. The cinnamon twists had only a faint sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, and the garlic bites were similarly disappointing, lacking in butter. To top it off, when we went to pick up our order—after already having waited two hours for delivery—they only had Mello Yello and orange soda available. Who wants orange soda with pizza? Nobody. And to make matters worse, after driving an hour to meet someone and finally eating the pizza, we both ended up with upset stomachs and cramping. Thanks for that experience.
This review receives 5 stars solely for the hardworking employees present tonight! Unfortunately, this is not a reflection on the management, corporate oversight, or anyone involved in operating the establishment. The two gentlemen working were putting in an incredible effort to handle 67 online orders on their own! We waited nearly 2 hours for a pizza that is just a 7-minute drive away. When it finally arrived, it was a large pizza, but it was cold. We sent it back and decided to drive to the restaurant to investigate. I’m grateful we did. Having experience in customer service, I understand that situations may not be as they initially appear. The man who welcomed us was courteous and polite, and he remade our pizza in just 10 minutes! He even offered us drinks while we waited and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Apology accepted! I genuinely felt for those employees working under such challenging circumstances. These employees deserve better treatment, and so do the customers! I wish those gentlemen a smoother remainder of their evening. Bless them!
I ordered two medium pizzas for pickup, and it went smoothly without any problems. I will definitely order from here again soon.
I have babies and the manager is rude. I told her i cant walk to the gate and she said get the babies and walk to the gate. The gate stays open!!!!
