Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
Every time I order the spicy chicken, fries, and lemonade at this restaurant, I am always satisfied. The lemonade is consistently very sweet, regardless of the flavor, and the food is always served hot. The fries are crispy and salty, creating a delightful meal. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
This place continues to worsen. The last order was terrible with the salad in my salad should have been thrown away a week. This order just lets say that the bread was bigger than the meat. A fluffy piece of salad, and I don't want to come back here. It sucks. View all feedback.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the two girls who were working the drive-in window around 5:30 this evening, August 21, 2022. As some other customers have experienced, I waited an exceptionally long time at the drive-thru with no contact. Afterapproximately 10 minutes I finally yelled Hello! , but got no answer. I waited maybe another 5 minutes before I blew my hornquite loud to alert them, but still no one came on the speaker. Finally, because I had an appointment at 6:15, I pulled up tothe window to let them know that no one was taking orders at the speaker. They looked at each other kind of blankly and said Oh, you weren 't on our timer. Whatever that is. I told them that I was right in front of the speaker. I let them know how Ihad tried to reach them, and they said they didn 't hear any of that. I have no clue what they were so busy doing that theycouldn 't hear a loud horn honk. I could hear low talking in the background of the speaker, so I assumed that it was on and theyshould have been able to hear what was going on outside. Isn 't there some kind of camera to monitor the drive-thru if for noother reason than for security? Shouldn 't they be able to see what 's going on out there even if they don 't hear anything? I wastold that I would have to drive around and get back in line (now that there were FOUR people piled up behind me) and place myorder, because I could not place it at the window. I guess, instead of driving, I should have left my car at the drive-thruspeaker and walked up to the window to let them know that 5 cars were waiting to have their orders taken instead. Again, I gotthe story on not being on their timer . I told them that wasn 't my fault. They said it wasn 't their fault either. Well, it wasthe company 's alleged equipment that failed, so therefore they should be responsible for making it good. I asked them what werethey going to do to make their customer happy, meaning take my order. They said I would just have to driv

If there was a zero star I would rate it a zero. Possibly the worse customer service and unfriendliest staff I?ve ever come across to. And I have over 30 years of customer service experience. I mean I know they don?t probably pay much but this staffdoesn?t even meet minimum courtesy protocol, like saying your welcome when you say thank you multiple times!

This was by far one of the most incredible, great customer experiences I've ever had! I did a mobile job for picking up, which I wanted to take, but I wounded the food as I had a little more time. As I eat, the manager Bryan came by to check me, wondered if everything was good, offered me additional sauce and welcomed me to the restaurant. I was speechless. I also need all on the team there compliment, everyone was helpful, smiling and welcoming. I can say from the previous reviews, there were some problems here, but Bryan has this place fire on all cylinders!

We ordered a chicken sandwich and received a burger instead. We were already too far away to turn around by the time my son realized it. Also he did not like the new coffee drink.

The staff are amazing except one girl with a broken heart on her face she was very rude but the other staff were absolutely amazing
