Wendy's - Sharpes

I came here before work, ordered a biggie bag they asked me did I want upgrade to a large and add extra nuggets to my meal. When I got my food the bread on my burger was hard as a brick, I didn’t get my extra nuggets they charged me for and my fries were cold. The only thing good about the meal was the large drink.

Idk who gassed up my dad’s order tonight but you’re the goat. he came home with dinner for the fam and they dubbed up his burger and dropped me an extra nugget. quality service.

Desperately need to train or improve management. When a nugget meal with no one else in line before me takes upwards of 40 minutes, it's a leadership and management problem. Better to close down until you have staff than remain open with the illusion of service. Refunding me wouldn't even pay for the time I've been here.

If I could give a zero star I would highly disappointed in the incompetent service that I received at this location I ordered a simple sandwich very simple bacon double stack add lettuce tomato Mayo I just ordered one sandwich and was the only one in line the first sandwich I received did not have any bacon so I came back to request it to be fixed and they gave me another sandwich that had bacon but no lettuce tomato and Mayo neither sandwich was what I ordered or wanted very disappointed.

Had an awesome experience. Went through drive through and ordered 5 meals. Was in a timely fashion and got everything we ordered nothing missing. Will for sure be back next time I'm in the area. That new queso chic sandwich is AMAZING! Recommend without the corn though. (03/08/24 3:30 p.m.
