What Bob S dislikes about Unity Plaza:
The management at this establishment needs to improve significantly. They are not handling the Covid-19 situation effectively. Strong leadership is urgently required. Given the seriousness of this global pandemic, it's critical to have knowledgeable and experienced managers in place. Corporate should prioritize sending assistance to address these issues immediately! View all feedback.

It used to be very nice with restaurants and gathering on the ground level but all close down now. Still a nice area to sit and relax may be do yoga.
You have to visit and shop at least one time. There is no other place like this.
Since I tried to take the high road and address this personally with management but they couldn 't even bother to acknowledge they had read my email here is a description of the luxury lifestyle you pay for at 220 Riverside. Before you think I am some angry let me speak to your manager meme look at the rest of my reviews: Hello, Someone placed a paper sticker on my car window that will not come off because I parked on the outside of the garage lines on the first floor where I 've seen a dozens of people park on a weekly basis. This feels like the straw that broke the camels back of the infuriating experiences I have been having trying to navigate within living in the apartment lately. I have not recently seen an email notifying me that you were planning on destroying an hour or so of my day trying to peel off the remnants of sticker paper from my window for parking there. God forbid they stuck it with the back still on it like a normal ticket? I, and many other people, park here for several reasons: 1. I do not want to walk down six flights of stairs to get to my car every morning in our cockroach, trash ridden staircase when I am supposed to be paying for a luxury apartment. 2. Two nights ago I had to park in the basement purely for the fact that my FOB, and many others that I speak to in the hallway, never regularly works to reliably get us into the first floor parking entrance. Battery changed or not. 3. So Yesterday when trying to get to my car in the basement not even the security access to walk downstairs to the basement was working in the staircase closest to the only working elevator, that was also not working. I had to find the stairs, walk to the outside of the garage, hope to god my fob would actually open the garage door, and then get to my car making me late for work. 4. Since I didn 't want a repeat of the unpredictable and unreliable electronic system we have on site I parked where I knew I could get access by the stair case this morning so I wouldn 't be late for my job. 5. You have three spaces being taken up by maintenance equipment that could easily park in the much less convenient basement, since we pay for their time I do not see why we are the ones being inconvenienced and taking away those spots. I have emailed about this before in a much less angry way but as is standard I never received a reply. 6. Considering how much grace I feel I have given for not complaining about the construction, elevators, trash, etc. I think I should have been given a warning without a trashed car window that I have to scrape off. If I were given a normal warning you wouldn 't have received another peep from me. I would keep all of these complaints to myself because i know that you cannot control most of these items.
