I was given the entire incorrect order. Once I reached home to realize it. I called to explain. No one listened to what I was saying due to having their own conversation. Finally, the manager got rude as I was attempting to explain. I just wanted what I ordered and paid for. Didn't deserve the rudeness for their error. Will not EVER return. View all feedback.

The food is always amazing when I eat here and the cooks are outstanding, but I was literally CURSED out by a young female employee today because she couldn 't get a simple order correct. I was humble as we worked toward a solution although she was hostile and continued to make inappropriate remarks. I finally spoke up to defend myself and it sent her through the roof. The manager sent her on a smoke break to cool off. A cook told the manager to refund me because the manager apparently wasn 't courteous enough to do that on his own. Usually great service but today was DISAPPOINTING and with this manager, i 'm sure she will still be employed after calling me a B* and saying F* me repeatedly. This was on February 1, 2017 at approximately 12:30 pm.
This Place only gets a single star because I have to put one on to comment. They are overpriced and have ridiculously bad customer service. I not only set the drive-thru line for a half hour but I sat at the speaker for 5 mins with no answer. After that I waited in line just to try and Salvage my lunch break. That also cost me at the very least 15 minutes. When the owner is not there the service is the worst I've ever seen. This happened on January 11th 2017
