Menu
A complete menu of Sbarro from Jacksonville featuring all 3 menus and drinks can be found here on the menu.
Located within a small airport, this pizza spot offers a mix of experiences. While some patrons praise the friendly, attentive staff and appreciate the vegetarian options, others report poor hygiene, slow service, and limited, often stale selections. The crust tends to be soggy, and operational issues, including inconsistent pricing and lackluster management, impact overall satisfaction. Though not on par with traditional pizzerias, many find it a decent choice for airport dining, especially given the convenient location and occasional standout employees. Improvements in cleanliness and efficiency could greatly enhance the appeal of this modest venue.

Was Ace Roberts at Sbarro a mag?
Had a wonderful experience here during my travels. The two ladies working were phenomenal. I had a slice of sausage pizza and it was delicious. I'm a huge Sbarro stromboli fan and was sad they didn't have any but it's fine. It's not a huge airport so probably doesn't get a lot of customers. Both employees were extremely polite, friendly, and enjoyable to talk to. One the ladies is a Navy Vet. Thank you madam for your... What jasmine kop dislikes about Sbarro:
Service is terrible. Two workers behind the counter making pizza. No one at the register. The line is wrapped around and Noone even acknowledged any costumers. Not even a someone will be with you shortly . They have pizzas on the line so someone could be serving. View all feedback.

No water cup? That's fine. The toppings are only in the center of the pizza, which is amusing (see photo). Additionally, the pizza was soggy and served at room temperature. Right now, there's no line at Sbarro, while Firehouse has a long wait. I wonder why that is.
To the franchise owner: I usually don’t leave reviews, so this experience must have been pretty frustrating for me to do so. Please don’t bother with a generic, corporate response. If you truly cared about your business, you would have taken the time to address these recurring issues long ago. It’s important to take ownership of the feedback rather than deflect it with comment cards. Your lack of engagement and management shows in how the place is run, and it feels like you’re jeopardizing your investment. Shaking my head.
I work at the airport, and every time I stop by, there's hardly ever more than one pizza available, and it's usually just cheese. The management seems to be doing a terrible job, and the employees appear indifferent. Passengers take a glance and typically don't even bother to stop. It’s not even busy there most of the time.
The food was the fine. The employees were not. An old woman working here was extremely rude to pretty much every customer that managed to get served. The employees dissappear for lengths of time. She was also coughing all over the food. It was very unsanitary. This place should just be closed. This is coming from someone with years years of restaurant experience.
