Brisket was under... read more Salad bar hasn 't been touched since lunch shift because salad bar person is running late for work...according to our server it 's now 5:30pm. Brisket was undercooked and I couldn 't chew it. Server was very slow, and never checked on us because she has neuropathy....Those are her words. I usually give places a second chance but might not this time.
