A year ago I... read more This place has definitely changed recently. Used to get the best service and good quality food but now the service is terrible and so is the food. A year ago I left this place a five-star review. Today has to be one star and that is probably too many.Didn't get my drink until my meal arrived at the table about 25 minutes after I ordered it. All I ordered was a burger tots andice water. They served me six tater tots and a bun that was rock hard for the burger. The server, I seen in the kitchen justtalking and hanging around. They have no idea about customer service and as I was leaving another customer was complaining aboutnot seeing their waitress in about 20 minutes. I'm just going to start eating at the house, going out to eat is not enjoyableanymore. Bad service, bad food and overpriced. The servers just don't care anymore, I will not come back to this place. Theyneed to bring Tiffany back! A great waitress! This place is terrible now.

I should've stuck... read more I spent $20 on some sad, small coconut shrimp and cheap amount. The rice pilaf looked and tasted tasteless...like some hospital quality rice. I should've stuck with red lobster. Would've cost about the same or less and be of better quality. The sauce forthe shrimp tasted like cheap shrimp cocktail sauce. Gross!

Once we were seated, the general manager... read more I stopped by for dinner and, despite the dining room being fairly empty, we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, the general manager took our orders. He was friendly and personable, and he represented the restaurant well. When the food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. However, the salad bar was messy and needed some attention. Overall, it was a good meal.

Since I was alone, I chose to sit at the bar, where I was warmly greeted by the lovely Shayna. Although she had a few guests at the bar and tables around her, I was prepared to be patient. I had difficulty deciding on a drink, so I asked her to recommend a fan favorite. She made me the Ruby Relaxer, which was delicious and refreshing. Despite her busy schedule, she remained very attentive, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely return and request her service every time.
