However, the horchata wasn’t authentic or made from scratch; it left a bad aftertaste and lacked cinnamon flavor. As for the grande quesadilla, it was overly soggy with meat juices and had an excessive amount of meat but very little cheese. I wouldn’t consider this to be authentic Mexican cuisine.
