Monroes treats their employees very bad I would not work here no breaks at all! Not even a 15 minutes for 7 hrs worked! Unless you eat before coming to work so they just don't care! Next have a young twit working there that nit picks and runs people off and big boss lets it happen! They cannot keep a good worker! Their food ok but had better! I had been wanting some grilled/smoked wings for a while...finally was able to get some from Monroe's and I have to say that they were well worth it ? ? ? ? ? will be back very soon

This is one of my many visits with Monroe's BBQ. I have never been disappointed all the BBQ I have had at this facility has been wonderful. I had the meatloaf special today and I've got to tell you! It was off the chain delicious. I have never been disappointed with their service price or amount of food you're giving take my word for it you won't leave hungry. Anything on the menu is delicious. This is one of the few True BBQ joints in Jacksonville stop by you'll be glad you did.
Monroe's catered our event Wednesday, August 25, 2021 and what a treat! Megan was great and I really appreciate her excellent customer service! 5 stars!
