And the food was... read more #UnderNewManagmentWe had given up on this IHOP. We had walked out twice since January with June being the last time. Awful service in the past. And the food was not good.We decided this morning to give it another shot.And I am so glad we did. Our server Wesley P was amazing. Great service, personality, attentiveness. Everything.We plan to be one of his regulars in the future. He will make us return.We spoke to the manager again this time but it was all good things. We could not sing Wesley's praises enough and complimented her on hiring him. The food was better than ever. All of the other customers around us seemed to have a good experience as well.It's under new management and it has absolutely turned around. So happy that we went back!Thank you Wesley and IHOP management!

I ordered coffe... read more When we got there we were greeted by a woman with bit of an attitude. Once we were seated the table had what seemed to be mashed potatoes on it. I ordered coffee and after about 5 minutes she brought it and said they were out of creamer. I then said i didn’t want it anymore and asked if they had root beer and she said with an attitude “NO”. I then ordered and milkshake and she said she’d check if they had icecream. After about 20 minutes she never came back so i left. Terrible.

Our waitress never came back after we ordered. We waited over an hour and had nothing. No one came to update us yet we were sat right by the kitchen area. The s... read more Our waitress never came back after we ordered. We waited over an hour and had nothing. No one came to update us yet we were sat right by the kitchen area. The staff was in chaos as orders were backed up and some people left. There was absolutely no communication with us. Orders sat under the heat lamps for extended periods of time and wait staff was wanting to know where their orders were. My husband asked another employee if we could get an update on how much longer and we had already waited over an hour. Our waitress still never came back. A staff member was stating that they didn’t know who was running the microwave. My food was missing an item and we had to ask to not be charged for it. My French toast was hard and leathery. We were not offered any discount for waiting or for the chaos and the only waitress that came back wasn’t even assigned to our table. She was awesome though. We still left a tip hoping it would go to the person who came to our table. This was our third experience at this location like this.

Did not offer more drinks.
