On vacation in Jacksonville, last day ...Party of 8, including a 2 year old. Told 30 minutes wait, after 45 minutes told they took us off the wait list, somrone said we left and we were right in front of the wait table . then hold 1 hour wait. Had a great server Cait who replaced our cold coffee with a fresh pot and warmed up our cups. The food was great and for my Birthday I received a treat unexpectedly!
We were greet with a very warm welcome upon entering the bldg, seated quickly and greeted once again by an amazing waitress. The food was delicious, I had the new Shrimp and gritsDelicious . To top things off Loren Sanford , stopped by our table to makeSure everything was going good. His customer service was amazing and we leftFW feeling like we’d like toComeBack. Excellent service and phenomenal customer service something you don’t see often anymore
