Description

Nestled in a charming location, the restaurant is a mixed bag of culinary experiences. While some patrons rave about the delightful offerings such as rich onion soup, heavenly sandwiches, and melt-in-your-mouth cookies, others have encountered disappointing dishes. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, including a dog-friendly terrace, enhance the dining experience, even amid occasional lapses in attention from staff. Overall, the establishment leaves a lasting impression, inviting patrons to return for its warm ambiance and tantalizing aromas, even if some dishes did not meet expectations. A visit promises potential delights in a warmly inviting setting.

First impression: thieves who greet you in French! Qui I avoid writing these types of reviews but I’ve never been fleeced before; 3/20/24 I stopped in for 2 cups of coffee $6+. Then asked for a side of bacon, this is all to go, TOTAL $15.03. The bacon was great, coffee was equivalent to bitter highway rest stop quality. Approximately $9 for a side of bacon. I wondered if the young man at the register just robbed me on his own or if this was compliments of the café. I just renovated 4 properties and have been compiling a list of places that are worth a visit. This is not it! Dishonest and DISAPPOINTING.

I don't think I have ever experienced service quite so terrible from a supposedly high end restaurant. Our server was very clearly inexperienced and couldn't answer questions about the menu, the food took over an hour to come, and when it did, one of the orders was wrong, and another was missing altogether. The staff did not seem to feel any urgency about the missing meal it took another 40 minutes for that to arrive. The staff seemed to imply we were unreasonable for expecting all of the food we ordered to actually come (and we didn't order anything very complicated; mostly crepes. Do not recommend.
