We stayed in Shannon Springs Hotel last Tuesday Dec when our Ryanair flight Shannon Malaga was, delayed overnight due to Storm Barra. At very short notice, we had great dinner, breakfast and accommodation, felt very well looked after in an unexpected situation. Our flight took off the following morning. the room was well done. the bed was not very hard. the room was loud. close to a road and many cars that drive past the whole night so that the window could not remain open. the sound of rooms on the bottom was also quite loud. the breakfast was okay. Family meal at short notice was very good, very helpful with gluten-free options and they helped me with dairy free options, service was particularly good, I think the server's name was Aishling, she was excellent, price was very acceptable.
Weekend staff is outstanding! Rooms are quaint, neat and clean. Walking distance to Shannon airport. Good choice if you have airport related work.
