Burkes Cottage - Shannon legal town

This restaurant deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, I never got to try the food as I waited for 6 minutes for someone to take my order, only to find out they don't accept credit or debit cards. When I asked how long my order would take, a disinterested staff member informed me it would be 15 minutes. Despite ordering just chips, the wait seemed excessive considering the lack of other customers. I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. There are other Shannon food outlets that provide better customer service. I won't be returning to this establishment, as they seem uninterested in their customers. Life is too short and money is too hard to earn to give it to a business that doesn't prioritize customer service.

So we have ordered here many times and always been happy with the food and prices. On this particular night we had a mistake with our order as they seemed super busy and had new staff. We rang them, they were out with fresh pizza in no time and they were absolutely gorgeous. As well as adding in some garlic dip and coke which was so greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend

It took over 2 hours for our order to be delivered and they did not answer any calls to provide an update. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the base was burnt. I would not recommend this place, as the quality of food is very inconsistent.

Disgusting very cold. Delivery driver nearly Broke the gate down and woke the neighbours instead of knocking at the door.

The best pizza in the city. Quick and excellent service. Thank you!
