WARNING: this place is not located where the Happy Cow map shows. Make sure you are at the end of Meihua road and then just follow the house numbers until you reach 999. The restaurant is #14 in the alley, but only 13 and 15 have number signs. It’s the one in between those two! Anyway, the menu is huge and the food is extremely cheap.
