そば Chǔ たからい - Feedback

Was Suzune Sadayuki at そば Chǔ たからい a mag?
I had the lunch menu. I'm very satisfied that it came with dessert and coffee! There were customers coming in one after another. It seems like you can make reservations, so it looks like reservations are essential on weekends! The atmosphere is very nice, but it's extremely dimly lit. View all feedback.

It was a traditional Japanese-style soba restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The restaurant's sign is hard to spot, but the flag outside is a good marker. I had the special lunch set. The two appetizers were a soba flour potage soup and a tempura with shrimp inside. The highly praised potage soup was delicious. The tempura had a crispy batter and the shrimp was tender. I chose the cold soba, and there were three types of dipping sauces to enjoy different flavors. Eating zaru soba with sesame sauce and tororo sauce was a first for me, but it was delicious. There were also three types of soba broth to enjoy. For dessert, I had the zenzai and matcha, while my companion had the cheesecake and coffee, which were also good. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

This is a hidden traditional house soba restaurant. It's my 5th or 6th visit already. You have to take off your shoes before entering, so be careful not to wear shoes that are difficult to take off. The room has a stove, but it can get cold in the winter. There is a small parking lot that can fit up to 3 cars. If it's full, you can park at the nearby community center, so it's good to ask the staff for directions. As for the soba itself, I believe it's made with 100% buckwheat flour and imported from Shinshu, so it's delicious. The broth is also flavorful and rich. There are two lunch sets available, and they also have desserts like chiffon cake and sweet red bean soup. I found that the hot soba had a richer broth compared to the cold soba. If you like it, they also sell New Year's soba, so give it a try! Additionally, they offer three different dipping sauces for the cold soba, and the sesame sauce recommended by the staff was particularly delicious. The flavor of the grated sesame is really tasty. The cold soba is also highly recommended. This place has become quite popular recently, so it's recommended to make a reservation before visiting, or you might end up waiting for about 30 minutes.
