I went to get a $20 fill-up, and a young blonde girl at the counter was quite rude. She forgot to include all four of my sauces with my order. It's Super Bowl night, for goodness' sake!
The food was disappointing. The chicken wasn't coated in KFC's signature batter; instead, it was just plain flour without any seasoning. It seemed like it was frozen chicken from Food Lion, fried in flour and old canola oil. It's been years since my last visit, and now I remember why I didn't come back.
We very rarely get chicken but get Cole slaw and fries to go with hamburgers when we cook out. Lol.
Quick and friendly
Me and my grandson stool in line 30 minutes, no one ask for our orders, workers was standing around walking and talking, manager came out and looked and kept on walking, then after 30 minutes the manager going to ask if I been waited on. This is unexpected and there is no excuse for this behavior, no apology or nothing ?
