We used to visit this place frequently a few years ago, but we stopped because the quality of the food seemed to decline. However, we decided to give it another try recently after hearing about some improvements.

Four of us gathered for lunch, and we all enjoyed our food choices! We had the Blackened Tilapia, a seafood dish, Hickory Bourbon salmon, and Hickory Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop—all of which were delicious. Our vegetable sides were also perfect. Great job, Ruby Tuesday Shakopee!

This restaurant offers fantastic value and outstanding customer service. I really enjoy the salad bar, and for a small additional cost, you can add a small side entree. Overall, it's a great experience!

I had a lovely experience with the lunch menu, which offered a great variety of options. There were plenty of side dishes to choose from, and the specials are updated regularly. The service was excellent; John, our server, was fantastic.
