There's really no way to eat them... read more I've had a frustrating experience with the burritos here; each one I've ordered has fallen apart because of poor preparation. There's really no way to eat them other than with a fork. A burrito should be self-contained in a tortilla, right? I've also raised concerns multiple times about the cleanliness of the restaurant, but nothing seems to have changed. It appears that management doesn't care. This place is far from what you would expect from a "Chipotle," and it doesn't meet their standards. Honestly, it should be shut down! I'm surprised no one has gotten sick.

Additionally, I ordered two Izzy drinks online, but when I arrived to pick up my order, they were out of stock. The staff member was quite rude when I mentioned this. I requested a refund, and they told me it would take 7-10 days. Great! I just hope I actually get my $7 back! The food was not good either; the rice was very hard. I've never had problems at this location before, so I'm really disappointed!

Parking can be a hassle because of the size and complicated layout. The venue is spacious. I felt sorry for the young woman who took my order; it seemed like she was the only one at that station, even though there were at least five other employees present. For some reason, they were positioned at both ends of the order line. The place didn't appear to be particularly busy. The queue leading to the order station is relatively short. The order process was efficient. I’ll see if I have a better experience next time.

They only offer mobile ordering, so I went inside to wait and found the place to be extremely dirty and unappealing. After 30 minutes, we finally received our food, but the chips and queso we ordered had a chunky consistency that looked unappetizing. When we brought this up, the staff member was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care at all. They continued to serve the same quality without any concern. I won't be returning. It was a terrible experience at Chipotle.

The restaurant itself is spacio... read more The food at Chipotle Mexican Grill was average. The parking lot tends to get crowded due to its small size and confusing layout. The restaurant itself is spacious. I felt bad for the young woman who took my order, as she seemed to be the only one working at the counter, even though at least five other staff members were present but were gathered at both ends of the ordering line for some reason. This location doesn’t appear to get very busy. The pathway to the ordering station is quite short. They encourage customers to order ahead. I plan to return to see if my experience with the menu improves next time.
