What Ayana doesn't like about Mr. Hero:
Came here stood at the register for 10 minutes, which there was no wait/line, cashier ignored me the entire time I was there, as soon as I’m walking out and another customer walks in she takes their order immediately. Very rude and unprofessional. The cook was also wearing open toed flip flops in the kitchen, this place must be very unsanitary. Smh View all feedback.
One of the best. Always fresh HOT. Never got a bad meal here, not once. Great service and absolutely clean lobby.
Closed the grills an hour BEFORE they closed the store? Doesn’t really make sense. Update your hours if you’re not actually open/taking orders.
Food was disgusting. Will never be back. And it smells like the Zoo.

Just absolutely disgusting place to serving under cook food ordered to amazing ultimate cheeseburgers both patties was pink and the meat was cold and the sandwiches was jus thrown together I wouldn't recommend this Mr Hero
