Bj's Brewhouse - Shaker Heights

Our service, food and drinks were great and served without delay. We did try to order a few menu items that were simply not available. It would be nice to have a list of these before making up our minds.

We hade to wait 10 minutes just for the receptionist to show up! Waiter was great. First thing he said was there was no pasta at all which is a good chunk of the menu. We ordered calamari. They didn't have any. I ordered French dip sandwich. They were out. Ordered fish and chips. They were out. Ended up with shrimp tacos. You had to use a magnifying glass to see the shrimp. Glad we ordered avocado dip or I would have gone home hungry. Some ordered salmon with broccoli. She got massive portion of woody broccoli and the tiniest salmon I have ever seen. We will not be back

Our pizza looked like it had been flipped upside down, all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and most of the sauce slid off the side also. The salsa container in the nachos had clearly spilled over inside with no lid, then the lid was reattached but the salsa was left all over the bottom of the box. The nachos also were missing toppings. This is the second time we have had issues with our order from this location and will not be ordering again.

We were seated by the front windows and moved because it was so cold there. There were 6 of us and most were happy with their food selection. My Philly sandwich was very dry, not ooey gooey cheesy as it should be. Our server Joshana was very good.

My experience with BJ’s Restaurant in Orange was the worst ever. To start I had a reservation at 4:30pm when I got there they could not find my reservation then it took them over 45 mins to seat us and the restaurant was half empty. After we were seated the service from the waiter was fine BUT it took forever to get our food. The restrooms were nasty there was tissue all over the floors spilling out of the garbage cans. When the food came my food was burnt, my brothers food was cold my mothers chicken was over cooked. This was supposed to be for a celebration for my son’s graduation but it ended up being a horrible experience. Needless to say I will never come to this BJ’s again.
