That was my experience when I visited this location, arriving just 10 minutes before closing with four people ahead of me. You might expect the two women working to show some attitude or be rude since they were probably eager to go home, but that was far from the case. They were both incredibly efficient and provided fantastic service, even with the rude customers in front of me. The young lady who helped me was either a manager or should be one; she was very polite, attentive, and made my usual sandwich taste even better! This is a great spot for a quick sandwich fix—you’ll be in and out in no time!

When I asked about the discrepancy, they mentioned that the price had changed. However, I went in at 9 PM, and if the price had changed, it should have been updated before opening instead of being left unchanged all day. They still refused to honor the posted price, and the staff were quite rude. I definitely won’t be returning!

Since bo... read more The restaurant unfortunately does not offer meatballs, and the staff are not willing to prepare more even though they have 4 hours left in their shift. Since both locations are owned by the same person, I chose to visit the other Subway on Lerdo and discovered that their service is much better because the owner is present on-site.

The Mexican girl working the night shift during closing time was extremely rude and didn't wash her hands while making my sandwich, which was very poorly done.... read more The Mexican girl working the night shift during closing time was extremely rude and didn't wash her hands while making my sandwich, which was very poorly done. I decided to leave and ended up going to the one across the train tracks in Lerdo. The manager needs to provide better training for the staff at this location.
