Little Caesars Pizza - Shafter

I waited 30 minutes for my pizza only to discover that it had never been placed in the oven. After expressing my frustration and anger, the restaurant did not follow the old adage that the customer is always right.

I have never experienced good customer service at this restaurant. Today at 1:00, I placed an order for pickup at 7:00 for 6 pizzas. I specifically asked if I could pick up the order at 7:00 if I placed it then. However, when I arrived at 7:00, they had not even started preparing the order. On another occasion, I witnessed employees using foul language and not showing care for customers, including children. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are expecting good customer service. Service: Take out.

My husband or son usually order pizza through the app now, taking advantage of the occasional deals. The pizza is quite good for the price.

Their pizza always has an abundant amount of cheese and the perfect balance of toppings.

I recently visited this restaurant for a quick hot and ready meal at the drive-thru, but I was disappointed to have to wait 15 minutes. When I got home and started to eat my pizza, I discovered that the dough was raw and had to finish cooking it in my air fryer. It was quite inconvenient. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 1, service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2. The price per person for a meal ranges from $10 to $20.
