The 'happy guide is a booklet that we buy offering discounts in restaurants, bars, shops of the Haute Savoie and Savoie. At the time I paid out the happy guide and I felt it was a problem. The manager has put time to apply the right discount... by adding I wanted to stop this thing there If the traders do the pub with the 'happy guide', but they do the trick when applying the discount, and that is not correct.
