Wendy's - Seymour

I ordered a Big Bacon Classic, but what I got was just a cheeseburger with tomato, mayo, and ketchup—nothing else. This is easily the worst Wendy's in Connecticut. Every time I've come here, my order has been wrong. The staff clearly don't want to be there, and their attitude shows it. I won't be returning.

Everything was just off. I can't believe it's so difficult to get an order right these days. We ordered a total of 12 items, not including drinks, and only 4 were correct. The issue is that when we checked the bag, the number of items matched what we ordered, but once we got home and opened the packages, everything was wrong. Some items were undercooked, while others were cold and didn't taste fresh. To give you an example, the Double Baconator had two undercooked beef patties on a greasy bun, with no cheese and only a small dollop of mayo and ketchup. The Baconator fries consisted of about 15-20 cold fries topped with cheese but lacking any bacon. The two Crispy Chicken BLTs were disappointing, resembling sad chicken sandwiches soaked in mayo. The soda machine was out of most options, and the cleanliness of the inside left much to be desired. They did manage to get the Frosty, the 4-piece nuggets, and the nacho burger right, which they might consider a win, but I doubt we'll return. I've read many reviews like this, and they're not exaggerating.

Once again, they added condiments to my food that I specifically requested to be left off. This is why I decided to stop coming here in the first place. I suppose I'll have to stop going again.

Worst Wendy's ever. I was so happy when seymour got one. This place is consistently awful and every time I go, I regret it.

Went through on 7/10 around 4:30.Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget. Got home and they were hard. Like they had been sitting out all day. On further inspection they hid 5 regular nuggets under the 5 spicy nuggets?Fast food is not cheap anymore so you would hope you would get fresh food and the correct food.Seemed lazy. Haha, I just want spicy nuggets man. And not hard as rock! Hoping I don’t get sick from eating nuggets that were over an hour old.
