Picked up at drive through mobile order. This location didn’t seem to have a long line, though it was Saturday late morning. Friendly service and quickly in and on my way with my order. Parking lot was a little busy but would have found a spot quickly if I needed to go inside. Conveniently located a few minutes off Route 8. View all feedback.
What Regina Davis doesn't like about Starbucks:
Decent service. Some, maybe most of the staff ignores you. You tend to have to be a little assertive. They often seem like they don't want to be work and are annoyed you're there. View all feedback.
Bagle with cream cheese and coffee. Regretted going there after everything I ordered was gas station quality.
This place is so hit or miss. The staff, which you would expect to be friendly and customer-centric, like in every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to, are often rather cold and uninviting. This location is also constantly out of items like drink flavors or non dairy milks. If it wasn’t the only one on the way to work for me, I would completely avoid it.

Going to this Starbucks is amazing. I always enjoy the good and youthful vibes, as well as the happy and kind faces even when they’re really busy!
Walked in to Starbucks with no one ahead of me and 4 separate people waiting for their completedorders. I was waited on by a gentleman with no name tag. He stated that my order would be up soon. Approximately 18 minutes later, I asked the batista if my order was there. He said he was working on it now. Problem is, they made it iced when I asked for a hot drink. I told him I would just take the iced. For most of my time waiting, there were only two people behind the counter, and one of them was on the drive-through. The speed at which they were working was at a basic pace, not trying to keep up with the mobile and drive-through orders. I haven 't been to this Starbucks in a long time due to similar working issues. I 'm tired of the excuse one wants to work. People need to be accountable for their work product.
