If your traveling 74 between Cincy and Indy swing in for a home style breakfast and an endless cub of coffee. Locals have their spots and staff knows there preferences by heart but they will show you the local hospitality that has made this a great spot for a stop. What Derek Sullivan doesn't like about Mid Town Diner:
over 1 hour to get room temp food. was not notified that they were out of biscuits for b&g, and was served toast instead. Luke warm food, never saw the server after she took our order. supposedly been there 20 plus years...very disappointed. would never recommend. keep going to to shelbyville or cincy. It’s a cozy ole fashioned diner, fantastic atmosphere. Awesome waitresses and good home style food! Especially breakfast! But you gotta try the Midtown burger!

We were looking for a place that was not a chain restaurant. A place with home cooked food. This diner was fantastic. It hit the spot. I highly recommend!
If you live near New Point you need to try this diner for breakfast for sure. I will definitely come back to try the lunch menu. The B&G were awesome. Add the fried potatoes with Gravy. The service was great. Great to see everyone wearing a mask, properly!
First place I've been to that made oatmeal right. Very courteous staff. Great food.
