One employee was handling both drive-thru and lobby orders with no assistance. What's going on with these tiny chicken pieces? The biscuit was bigger than the chicken thigh. Enough with the small chicken portions. Sorry, management.

However, I was inform... read more I got to the drive-thru at 10:26 AM and waited until 10:30 AM, the time listed for opening according to their hours from 10:30 AM to 9 PM. However, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes for the register to open. This is simply unacceptable! If the sign indicates 10:30 AM, then that's when they should start serving—no exceptions. It feels like false advertising!
