Absolutely the WORST! Stopped and got a gallon of sweet tea and 2 TWO rolls..not only were they rock hard they were COLD!!! At 5pm why is your food already this bad?! Will NOT stop here again!!!!!! I had an excellent experience at Chicken Express! The service was fantastic, and the chicken pieces were delicious and flavorful. This was my first visit, and I couldn't be more pleased. After a long drive, we stopped there yesterday on our way home, and it was definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Highly recommended!
The experience was quite mixed. The okra was just average to below average in taste. The decor seemed aimed at attracting seniors. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant was not clean. While the staff was cleaning, I had to remind one of them to wash their hands after taking my order.
