Old Post Office Seymour Restaurant

I ate at this restaurant again tonight and it was absolutely fantastic. The steak was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented with fresh vegetables. We were welcomed warmly by the hosts, Gary and Louise. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Seymour, offering fine dining at a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning.

Gary and Louise have been welcoming guests for 24 years at The Old Post Office. Their food and service are both outstanding. The art gallery showcases original pieces by local artists. We particularly loved the mouthwatering apple strudel following our delicious Cajun chicken, shrimp, and crab salads. We can't wait to take the V-Line from Melbourne again to taste their lamb and mash - it's sure to be a treat. You won't regret making the trip to The Old Post Office!

While traveling to Melbourne and stopping for the night, we stumbled upon a hidden gem on Trip Advisor. It's conveniently located just across the road from where we are staying (keep an eye out for my review). We enjoyed a fantastic dinner, my favorite wine, and a delicious Affogato. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I together with our disabled son, out to dinner. We were made most welcome - Garry and Louise most attentive to our son's requests. The steak was superb. All reasonably priced - a most pleasant evening

Wonderful evening meal, beautiful surroundings and service was excellent. we have returned a couple of times and will do so again. don't feel rushed at any time.
