Later that night, my friend played a prank on me by driving off with my belongings in his truck, leaving me stranded. However, I remembered my earlier experience at Wawa that day, which felt like the universe was reassuring me that everything would be okay. It reminded me that as long as I remain true to myself and act with kindness, I'll be supported. Eventually, my friend came back, but I took my purse and phone and decided to carry on my own way!
The food is consistently incorrect, and the staff is quite unfriendly.
I'm a regular at this busy Wawa since I live nearby, and my fiance and I love Wawa. However, every time we order the breaded buffalo chicken hoagie at this location on the corner of Greentree and Egg Harbor Rd, it consistently has hardly any buffalo sauce! When there is sauce, it’s only a tiny amount, and they put it on the bread instead of the chicken. I've been to plenty of other Wawas and other stores where the staff get it right, but this one never manages to do so. I'm still hopeful that this will change one day—please remember to put the buffalo sauce on the chicken and not just the bread, which just absorbs any sauce that is applied. It seems like common sense. I’ll share a picture of the dry buffalo chicken sandwiches my fiance and I received today.
This Wawa is showing its age and could really use some renovations. One downside is that there are no restrooms available on-site.
They promote classic hoagies, but the ones I got were only 7.5 inches instead of the 10 inches they advertise. It feels like a complete rip-off, and they haven’t provided any resolution.
