Drove an hour to get here because we've never been to a Long John Silvers before. Online says open until 10, but when we arrived at 8 we were told the LJS part is closed for the night and could only order KFC ???? Service was fine, food was fine. But Impretty annoyed I drove 2hrs round trip and paid 25 dollars for 6 chicken fingers and some fries, not to mention I probablypassed 5 other KFCs on the way.

They didn't give me half my order, and I didn't realize until I was too far away. I'm missing a chicken sandwich, Coleslaw, and 3 PC chicken tenders. I tried calling 5 times but they don't answer the phone. Edit: I went back the next day and got the restof my order

Bad service. Waited 25+ mins for my mobile order after I remind the cashier, no one is paying attention. Wasn’t it supposed to be fast food?

I had waited in line 15 minutes for my food a group of Friends of the cashiers came in and I had to wait another 10 minutes because they got their buckets of chicken first. I love KFC but I won't go back there anymore Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
