No English menu so it was a bit of a guess but what we had was very tasty and fresh. One minute silver fish were glistening under the counter the next they were boquerones on my plate. Melting the mouth delicious too! Fresh rice in the paella dishes looked great plus a whole host of other dishes ordered by the locals! View all feedback.

Stumbled across this place wandering through the market. Had the most fantastic fried cuttlefish, so good in fact myself and my partner came back a second time to have it again. They definitely served the best seafood dish I had in Seville. To top it off, received expert service from Adrian who made us feel very welcome. Will definitely come back
We were interested in finding good paella in Seville, but most of what we saw appeared to be simply fried rice of some sort. Looking for lunch (as well as a somewhat traditional market) we wandered into the Mercado de Triana late one morning and saw several men walking through the market carrying large iron pans of freshly made paella. We followed them to El Loco de Sanlucar, saw that these were ready to serve for lunch and decided to try 2 of the 4 or 5 varieties they offered, including traditional and black (with squid ink). These were dished out directly from the large pans and were delicious and satisfying. Along with these we ordered several of the fresh seafood tapas as well as glasses of a local white wine. A delicious culinary experience.
We stumbled across this place on the last afternoon of our 5 day stay and our only regret is not finding it sooner! The paella, tapas and the white wine we had were the best we’ve had during our stay. Although there may be cheaper tapas bars in the area we found the prices to be very reasonable especially in light of the quality of the food and wine. This will be our first stop if we find ourselves in Seville again.
