We went here with friends. It is one of their favourite places to eat out.Loved it the waiter was very friendly and obviously knew our friends well. We were given excellent service and the food was great. He even gave us a complimentary desert. View all feedback.
What Rosa Nevárez doesn't like about Cosa Nostra:

In the street of betis we have this singular corner which is an Italian restaurant, despite being a street of perists we could say that it has good alternatives and in this case it is this restaurant. I'm talking to you about an Italian restaurant where you have them are from Naples, authentic food from that country. food is sensational since the products are imported mostly from their homeland and also have the star dish that are the spaguetti fruti di mare that are sensationally good. If you go through a sevilla, live or you are from there and receive the Italian cuisine, do not stop at this restaurant where the owners are also nice.
Eating here was quite good, not the best Italian eat, but certainly very good, and one of the best in sevilla. good pastas, friendly waiter and affordable prices.
Probably one of the best Italian restaurants in the city. we have loved our eating absolutely! the place is a must!
Found in tripadvisor and after the comments we thought it would be so nice that we made a reservation so kroudy. we arrived there. the resto was empty. only we .ok can come pepoles later. the order sth .no see obst available!.ok .we ordered a spaghetti 4 byagio ravioli. spaghetti with butter that I made home is much more teasing that what they bring us .and the ravioli look like it was frozen and they put some sose and voila . we thought it was a sweat. we paid 27euro (with a water and 1 bier). then we decide to escape from this place and go back for some tapas. whatever I don't understand how this restaurant has so much good thinking. I do not recommend it at all.
We stumbled over this place by accident rather than intention. We took an outside table on a pretty busy street. The inside is well light and modern. The menu was varied and read well. Biggest disappointment was the salad ordered which was extremely weak, basically...tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber with no dressing the type of thing one makes at home. An embarrassment for a restaurant to serve in all honesty. My pizza was ok, nothing more. Thick dough with a very broad crust lacking filling. The food left us feeling this is not a place to which we shall return. It was ok, nothing more.
