Subway - Sevierville

A lady who work there she had blue and purple hair was so RUDE. I had my mask on and I ask what I wanted on my sandwich well after repeating myself 4 times she was missing it up she got an ATTITUDE with me and said, if you didn't had your mask on I could hear you good. I did told her polite that I did told her 4 times and I did took my mask off twice to let her know what I wanted. So what she did she went to the next person and ignore me. How rude.

After arriving in Pigeon Forge Outlets, we needed just a snack to carry us through dinner. We ordered 3 chips and 2 drinks and asked for an extra cup. The blue haired woman pretended not to hear us. As I chipped my card, we asked again as I looked and pointed at the small foam cups behind the counter. She torted back They aren 't free . Customer service here deserves no tip.

The sandwich we had was very good and fresh. The service was good and the restaurant was very clean. The ladies who prepared the sandwich was very nice and patient as we made our selection.

One of the few spots at the outlets that wasn't crowded. They have a subway, pizza, and yogurt place. However, all 3 locations are covered by all of 3 people that work here. I get it, staffing is short everywhere. We ate from the pizza counter and the staff member was thorough but moving at a snail's pace. There's a large dining room and self serve drink station. So, it fit what we needed at the time.

Ordered a DoorDash from this store, waited an hour and customer service contacted the store which apparently was out of one thing I wanted and never called. By the time I waited and got refunded it was after 9pm, wasted my whole evening cause someone can?t pick up the phone.
