We dropped in here and were happy to find you had sweet cream. We love the sweet cream cold brew, even in January!! The cashierwas very friendly and helpful, since my elderly aunt didn'twant coffee, he helped us get her a hot white chocolate. We all enjoyed drinks to keep us going as we headed back out shopping. I ordered a refresher on the app just to get to the store with an empty cup waiting for me. Instead of notifying customers on their app that they don't have refresher, they waited until you payed them and get to the store to tell you. The staff was sweet and gave me a refund but a terrible experience that could have been avoided. View all feedback.

Great Service, food and drinks. Wish they could offer sit down.
Poor service (no service) Went in for a quick drip coffee, probably the easiest order at any coffee place, with 3 people working on Sat 10/15/22 1:15pm. They were unable to take my order in person because they were ?short staffed?. Really 3 staff, no customers, and they were unable (unwilling) to take an in person order. They suggested to make an order thru the mobile app, which requires making a Starbucks reward account including a ridiculously complex password for a franchise account. I?m not willing to take 10 mins and provide my personal info just to acquire a quick cup of coffee. Utterly ridiculous. These kids just didn?t want to work or something. Might as well have closed for the day. They wouldn?t even let me place exact change on the counter for the order.
Couldn?t even order because there was a sign that said they ONLY take mobile orders placed through the app. As if that wasn?t stupid enough, there?s a dead spot in cell service there, so you can?t use the app to place an order even if you have it. The entire concept is asinine. You should just be able to order a coffee like everywhere else.
