Ordered from the drive-through. Got back to the room to eat the food. Was very disappointed in the portions. My wife ordered a bowl and had more chicken than my supposed double portion. I asked for teriyaki sauce, and none was given.

Drive thru. Ordered online got my food everything on bigger plate thrown in bag sides were upside down, bag soaked inside with sauce. Guy said he'd remake it. I watched him wipe off Styrofoam. Lied said was all new. Got home and there's no sauce on entrees.

We often stop at Panda Express when we're out and about. Unfortunately, the rice was a bit undercooked, which didn't please my kids. The broccoli was quite tough and made my teeth hurt. It seemed like they were in a hurry because the restaurant was crowded.

John Rose and Zackary Maclellan are writing this review after just returning home from picking up our food. I made a stop at Casey’s gas station for some drinks, which was about 30 minutes after I picked up my order. As a local, I know all my favorite places, and Panda is definitely one of them. I visit often since my apartment is nearby. I was in the drive-thru for a few extra minutes while placing an order for three, which I didn’t mind, especially since it was a double order of chicken along with a few sides. I understand it's Friday, and as long as the staff is working to prepare the food, that’s all that matters to me, especially when they are polite. However, when I got home and opened my food, I was appalled. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. To find a bite taken out of my meal is something I have never encountered at this establishment before. This is beyond unacceptable, and I believe the health department should be notified. I have always been a respectful customer, but this experience is a first for me. I tossed the food straight into the trash. I have included photos for reference. I will be contacting corporate and the health department about this incident, as it is truly revolting. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I hope it was worth it.
