Olive Garden - Sevierville

This location has the best Olive Garden in the area. The waitress was very polite and professional, making for a pleasant experience. The food was well-prepared and both looked and tasted delicious.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. My fiancée and I visited this place as a late-night date spot before my third shift at work. I also tried the Italian punch and she had the delicious soup. We love it.

My husband and I visited this restaurant around 1:00 for soup, salad, and breadsticks. We were initially greeted by a gentleman without a smile, who simply asked how many and then motioned for us to follow him. Our waitress arrived shortly after with a big smile and a wonderful attitude, which was a relief. We opted for the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, and bread option and were very pleased with our meal. Despite the less-than-friendly hostess, we still give this restaurant five stars thanks to the amazing waitress, delicious food, and reasonable prices. Would we come back? Definitely, although we hope that the unfriendly hostess won't be there next time.

This restaurant is a mixed bag. It's difficult for me to give it a five-star rating, but at the same time, hard to give it just one star based on the quality of the food. The food was excellent - we enjoyed soup, salad, breadsticks, and mozzarella cheese sticks, all served hot and delicious. However, the service was seriously lacking. Our waiter, Cameron, was very slow and kept forgetting our requests. We asked for more salad a while ago and it still hasn't arrived. The table behind us was facing the same issue, with customers audibly complaining about the service. When Cameron finally brought our salad, he didn't provide tongs and forgot to offer cheese. It was frustrating having to use our appetizer plate as a salad plate, as he kept forgetting to bring one. I don't think I'll be returning to this location, as I don't have the time to deal with subpar service when I'm out for a good time.

The food was decent for the price, but there was a significant problem with the extended wait times.
