Mcdonald's - Sevierville

Everything i go here the food is cold and the Fries are never fresh and under salted. Will go the king way around to catch the other one.

Pay more attention to drive through you can stand at the cash register for 10 minutes and be ignored because the drive-thru is computer monitored and on

There were employees sitting everywhere in the dining room and no one fixing food. There were 2 people in line ahead of me and hardly anyone in the drive thru but it still took almost 15 minutes just to get 4 burgers and 2 fries. I will never eat here again. Worst McDonald's EVER!!!!

Don't eat there unless you want to eat raw meat and old chicken nuggets! Disgusting won't ever go back to McDonald's!

I usually don't review fast food spots, or I try not to because it's usually sub par and expected like a waffle house at 3am. However, two days in a row they tuned up my morning. 2.29.24 I went through around 8:45am. Order two sausage mcgriddles with American cheese, and a large sweet tea with light ice. I get too far away, and open my bag to see that I have two mcgriddles with cheese only. Who in their right mind would order or make this is beyond me. I found it humorous and decided to give them a call to remedy the situation. I was told to come back the next morning. I do so, and request a refund which is promptly handed to me crumbled up by someone else, not the manager. I check down the road and they gave me a refund on two sausage cheese biscuits which was clearly not what I had ordered. I showed the manager the mistaken order so I know he knew they were mcgriddles. He even subbed mcgriddles onto the biscuit option but that does not make it $8.58 that makes it $6.68. $1.90 isn't much money but the principle of knowing you were refunding me a lesser amount than I paid and continuing to do so is the only reason I will never patronize this business again. Greedy greedy greedy for less than $2.
