Tonight, even though the restaurant wasn't busy, our order... read more We've had a lot of meals there, and while we used to enjoy great food, the quality has been slipping. Tonight, even though the restaurant wasn't busy, our orders were incorrect, and for some reason, the food arrived very cold and wasn’t good at all. They also keep running out of many of our favorite drinks and act like it’s no big deal. We used to recommend The Bluffs to many visitors to this area, but not anymore. It has become increasingly difficult to get the attention of the staff; sometimes it feels like they are hiding. Many long-time regular customers are now choosing to go elsewhere due to the awful service, which speaks volumes. There are plenty of other great bars and grills in the area, and we will now recommend those instead of The Bluffs.
