Starbucks - Severna Park

I frequent this Starbucks on my way to campus Mondays and Wednesday evenings. There's almost always a long line at the drive thru, just go inside, no worries. They move quickly inside. This evening the line was rather short so I used the drive through. I wanted a tall Dark Roast coffee with light milk and Creme brûlée syrup, extra hot. They were out of dark roast. I ordered the medium roast. When I got to the second window, I was told they were out of the medium roast. The barrister recommended an Americano, instead. I went with it. It's okay, a nice substitute but didn't really satisfy the Starbucks Dark Roast craving I had. Overall, great Starbucks. Great service. 4 stars because I always order my coffee extra hot. It's never extra hot.

I had a horrible experience at Starbucks the person there, Cameron was “in the bathroom” for over 15 minutes while I was sitting there waiting and when he finally came back they didn’t even have any ice. I had a friend who had the EXACT same experience word for word it is absolutely ridiculous someone can be that incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This location is SO SLOW. Don’t bother ordering ahead. I waited 20 mins for a mobile order while drive they emptied and anyone who came to the counter was served and left. ABSURD.

I come here a lot. The coffee is always good. If you don't like your order, they will fix it. It's Starbucks. If Starbucks is what you want, well then you should come here.

The woman forgot which of my two drinks was pumpkin or caramel. She then asked me to smell them so she could tell them apart. I told her they were not for me and I would not smell them. So SHE SMELLED THEM, sticking her face in my drinks!!! She then labeled them (incorrectly) and handed them to me. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.
