UPDATE!!!!!! THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PLACE AROUND AND SO HAVE THE PEOPLE CHANGED! THEY ARENT GINUWINE AS I FIRST CAME ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO! I WOULD RECOMMEND THE DIFFRENT LOCATION IN ANNAPOLIS. ITS SMALL AND CRAMPED NOW. GO TO OTHER LOCATION THEY HAVE LOST THERE GENUWINEST. This place is better than Starbucks and I'm a starbucks fan but THE BIG BEAN is better. Where else can you find a bullet-proof coffee or have a nitro-done coffee? And without the ugly price day! These are just the tip of the iceberg for a place that even the heavy trembling like Starbucks gives a healthy competition. A variety of healthy treats also awaits. Cosy and colorful this little jewel gets better every year!

The Big Bean is like a second home! The staff is wonderful and their coffee is the best!! It is the atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere that complete the experience. I'm glad you're in my hood!
The staff is friendly and their selection of flavored coffee is legit. Also, they're the only local place that I know of that serves bulletproof coffee for those of us who are ketogenic.
