During the coronavirus we could not make our usual travel and eat around the world or in london, but we decided to use deliveroo before location and order from local restaurants / takeaways to enjoy our lockdown! the pizza was great, we had an American hot. with jalapeños and a hawaiian with ananas. both delicious and we will order again!

Order a meal at 18:30 for 20:15 delivery, hunted at 20:20 and said riders leave ten minutes ago. 3 times chased until they simply closed the load at 21:00 clock, each time by employees who obviously don't care about jot and the pizza. never arrived. finally the pizza appeared cold at 10 o'clock and we obviously sent them away. not ideal with little food thanks to COVID-19 avoid all costs

Pizza took almost an hour to deliver and we live only around the corner we wish to go now and brave the weather. when the supplier arrives, he was rude, disgusting, wrong and above all had no understanding of customer service or courtesy.

New to the area and papa johns are the only ones I have found who deliver to me. The papa johns I used were not very good where I used to live but had no choice but to try them as husband really wanted pizza....Very pleasantly surprised in the difference. Food was delivered correctly and hot. Tasted much better than my old local 1 so much we ordered another one few weeks later. Again arrived hot and correct. Only thing that lets it down is the app, but that’s not the branches fault.
