As someone in the restaurant industry for almost 25 years, I have to say the server, Samuel, is great! A little bit of a late lunch, around 1:45 or so. Greeted promptly and offered table or booth. There were only a few people there but the salad bar looked pretty bad as we walked by so I did not include it in my order. Unfortunately the waitress seemed upset that they sat someone in her section. She took my order while using a floor sweeper. The floor was pretty dirty. Table not as clean as it should be. Great place for dinner. Best salad bar in all Cleveland!
I always count on Ruby Tuesday with a large salad bar: filled, fresh and tasteful. What we often forget is that every large salad bar has dedicated someone to keep it great. At Seven Hills, this person is Reese. He keeps on what it takes and what it looks like, so everyone has a great experience. It is part of a large team of hosts, servers and chefs that make every meal special. I had the seasoned shrimps over Penne Pasta and it was perfection.
Was my first time in the restaurant..and I was impressed with the people who works there and the food was delicious.. salad bar very good,everything was fresh.. love it i will going back again.
