While Home2 was pleasant, it doesn't offer the same amenities and level of service as the DoubleTree. I would recommend avoiding the Hilton Garden Inn, as it lacks proper maintenance and the staff doesn't seem to prioritize customer service.

However, at this stay, the quality of the food deteriorated significantly, even though the prices have increased. We ordered the salmon plate at $34 and the chicken plate at $32. The chicken was at most 4 ounces, completely overdone, and inedible. The piece of salmon was edible, but simply had a bland sauce covering it. When complaining about the food to the server, he agreed that the chicken was unacceptable and removed $16 from our bill. I assume cost cutting measures have resulted in a change of chef and food quality. However, the prices still reflect upscale dining and should be adjusted accordingly. We will likely not return to this property in the future.

While many guests seem... read more This hotel has an older, somewhat outdated look. It features a spacious lobby and several inward-facing rooms, similar to Embassy Suites. While many guests seem to appreciate this style, it’s not really to my preference. There's no question about the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff, but my room felt very basic. I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this, but mine lacked carpeting. Located between I-79 and the PA Turnpike, I found it a bit noisy, especially since my room faced outward.

Great rooms that are spacious. Great staff. Affordable. And quiet!

The bar staff were exceptional, and the food was deliciou... read more We received excellent service from Kathrine at check-in and during our dinner at the lobby restaurant. The bar staff were exceptional, and the food was delicious. The spaces were clean, bright, and nicely decorated. We traveled with our dog, and the staff was very accommodating. Overall, it was a great value!
