The ice cream here is consistently excellent, and we consider the 15-minute drive well worth it. The only downside is that they don't have chocolate peanut butter available on their menu all the time. View all feedback.
What Becky W dislikes about Brusters Seven Fields:
The ice cream at this place is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. When I arrived, I had to wait for a while, even though the place was empty. The staff was engaged in conversation with each other without wearing masks, which felt unprofessional. When they finally noticed me, it still took a while for someone to come over. This restaurant boasts an excellent location and consistently provides an amazing experience! Their ice cream is always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and patient with customers as well. With a diverse selection of flavors and plenty of options beyond just ice cream, there's truly something for everyone! I highly recommend trying Bruster's if you're looking for a delightful treat!
I've dined at this location a few times, but I don't think I'll be coming back. The quality of the ice cream has been inconsistent, ranging from mediocre to poor. On my latest visit, much of my ice cream was rock solid and appeared nearly raw. I was hesitant to eat it and ended up tossing the rest. It's unfortunate because they do offer some really interesting flavor options.

Bruster's consistently offers delicious ice cream year after year. Their Blasts are quite impressive; even a small size is substantial, and they pack in significantly more candy compared to Dairy Queen's options. I usually go for a small cookie dough Blast, which is filled with generous chunks of cookie dough and even more sprinkled on top. The staff mostly consists of local high school and college girls. They are open nearly every day, except on Thanksgiving and Christmas. You can find them tucked away off Rt 228, near Hines Table 86. They often roll out new flavors, and right now, they have a seasonal hot apple dumpling flavor paired with cinnamon ice cream. It’s absolutely delicious!
I had a wonderful ice cream experience at Brusters! They have an incredible variety of options that cater to every ice cream lover. I went there on a warm spring evening for a post-dinner treat, and it was simply fantastic. I ordered a regular-sized cup of chocolate Oreo ice cream, topped with bits of Reese's peanut butter cups. The portion was perfect—not too much, but just enough to satisfy my sweet cravings. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try something else! I highly recommend it to ice cream fans of all ages!
