A very special (I think never seen it before) a gigantic underground oven fed with wood & charcoal made three boiling kettles stuffed with salt produce delicate potatoes white covered with salt... Combined with traditional meat, ahi platan, yucca,,,, NOT to forget the Morcilla -delicioso!!!! View all feedback.
