Was Anonym at Rapon a mag?
We had a family lunch with about 9 of us at this restaurant. We were very well taken care of by the owner and his son. The staff was polite and attentive, following the typical Goan way of hospitality. This restaurant recently opened about a year ago and caters to guests from Orion, banquets, and private parties. The food was excellent. I stuck to vegetarian dishes as I had a sensitive stomach, but both my sons enjoy... View all feedback.

Watching a movie is no longer limited to a weekend, it has become an everyday affair thanks to movie theatres with world-class facilities. Inox Porvorim, Bardez is a chain of theatres in India that exhibit a myriad of movies around the year. Be it a Regional, Bollywood or Hollywood movie, at Inox Porvorim, Bardez you can catch them all.
It was really nice theatre inside a mall. It was really a nice experience watching a movie in Inox, Spiderman No way Home. I didn't find anything much difference.... Good comfort in the seating and maintanance. Above all its in a great mall. This mall is close to Panjim. Overall satisfied and the food court is huge in this mall. People who love KFC and McDonald's and stuff. Can enjoy food here... But food is too expensive btw overall Greate experience.. Screen was Stunning and the Sound was also good... Do Visit
Good comfortable seating and a nice pleasant experience as well. One of the best highlights at Mall De Goa. And as usual the snacks are too overpriced (Even star hotels don't charge so much, total rip off) otherwise a great experience. I take my kids almost every other week for a movie. The kids love the recliner seats.
It's a good place to enjoy your favourite flick. But people should have some sense, lot of them chat loudly on phone when the movie is on, some even go to the extent of watching videos with the sound on : . One should have the basic manner to step out to receive a call. And if you want to watch videos, no need to spend money on a theatre.

I stuck to vegetarian dishes as I had a sensitive stomach, but both my sons enjoyed dishes like Racheado Mackerel (bangada), Portuguese-style stuffed lobsters, and stuffed crabs.
For our meal, my nephew ordered the fish Thali and I opted for the veg Thali. We also shared a Ghalini Chicken Cafreal and fresh lime soda. The bill came out to Rs. 601 with no added taxes. The Thalis came with salad, paddy, steamed rice, gravure preparation, half gravure preparation, dry preparation, and Sol kadhi (coastal tamarind appetiser). The food was delicious and presented well, with the only drawback being the lack of Roti or Chapattis with the Thali. However, they were happy to provide additional rice or vegetables upon request. The Tandoori food is only available for dinner. Overall, Rapon is a cozy restaurant with comfortable seating, fine cutlery, a simple and clean ambience, and polite and well-trained staff. We may have been the only customers that day due to the hotel's location set back from the highway, possibly catering more towards room service for guests. In conclusion, the food was delicious and affordable, making it a worthwhile dining experience.
We had a family dinner with 9 of us at this restaurant, and we were very well taken care of by the owner and his son. The staff was polite and provided excellent service. The restaurant offers a unique Goan atmosphere for guests to enjoy. It has been open for about a year now and also caters to events such as banquets and private parties. The food was delicious, with options such as vegetarian dishes and traditional Goan seafood like Revengeado Macarel (bangada), Portuguese style lobster, and stuffed crabs.
Rapon means a fishing net in Konkani. It is a mid sized restaurant situated on the second floor in Hotel Orion on NH 66 (old NH 17) at Porvorim, Goa. A lift is available in the foyer. My nephew and I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was for a Sunday lunch. The time was around 2:30pm. As the place was quite warm and stuffy I deduced that we were the only customers they had so far that afternoon. However the staff was very courteous and the restaurant manager switched on the AC as soon as we arrived and the area cooled down soon enough.Although Beers, Wines and Spirits are listed on the menu, i suspect they could no longer serve them eversince the new ban on bars and wine shops falling within 500 mtrs of the highway; and Hotel Orion is smack on the highway. I do not drink any alcohol, so i didn't even think of asking about it.My nephew called for the fish thali while opting for the Chonak, Giant sea perch. Cost of the thali - Rs. 148/-I called for a veg thali which cost Rs. 128/-We had one Ghalini Chicken Cafreal parceled for the night's dinner. Cost Rs. 255/-And one fresh lime soda each. Cost Rs.35/- each.Total bill was Rs. 601/- and i was pleasantly surprised to see that there were no additional taxes charged. Both the thalis were served with the standard accompaniments of salad, papad, steamed rice, a gravy preparation, a semi gravy preparation, one dry preparation, and Sol kaddhi (coastal tamarind appetiser)..Interestingly, the main fish curry and in my case, the dal were served in a substantially large katori (bowl), while the other preparations came in standard small katoris. The dal was especially delicious and overall the food was appealing. My nephew, who is quite a foodie, was also happy with his thali, and later in the night my sister and he both agreed that the Chicken Cafreal was tasty as well. The only shortcoming for me was that they did not serve a roti or chapattis with the thali. I feel that it would be nice if they either served one of these or gave a larger portion of rice. However since they did serve extra vegetables, dal or curry on request, i suppose they also served an extra helping of rice. My fault; I should have inquired.Point to note regarding the Tandoor: Tandoori food is only available for dinner.Overall impressions: The place is cozy, not too big. Comfortable seating. Fine cutlery. Simple ambience and clean. The staff is courteous and well mannered.Perhaps the reason why we were the only customers in the restaurant is because the Orion Hotel itself is sort of set back a bit from the highway. In all likelihood it basically functions as the kitchen for room service for the house guests. Also, it could just be "one of those days". Last word: The food was tasty and reasonably priced.
