The dumplings are good. had the big garnels in chili sauce. not spicy and not seasoned. service poor. I'm going back to the knödeln. I was here four days and the things are terrible from culinary perspective, so that I stand for morsel of positiveity. as I say, we're good.

Came here with my family having not read any of the reviews and had a similar experience to others. Ordered food for myself, wife and daughter from the children's menu. My daughter's food didn't arrive. On asking the waiting staff how long it would take,...the first response was a shrug of the shoulders, the second was to just completely ignore me and the third time they explained it would be 2 minutes. After about 20 mins we paid for what we had (excluding the food that didn't arrive) and left to get McDonald's for my daughter from across the courtyard. Weirdly one of the waitresses followed us into the McDonald's shortly afterwards. I'm not entirely sure why....maybe she wanted us to pay for the food that they hadn't delivered In summary the quality of the food that did arrive was bang average and the quality of service was pathetic. Best avoided

Decided to come here for dinner after a full day of shopping at the centre. There weren't much guests then but they seem to busy to approach us and another group who wanted to be seated as well. We sat ourselves on a table and...got ourselves the menu. There were 2 staff visible at the tables, but one of them was busy chatting with someone else. She didn't mind that customers were waiting. I called the attention of the other staff to order. He appeared to be annoyed at me calling him and taking our order. I asked if everything was alright but he didn't reply. When food was served by the lady, we asked for 3 spoons from her and she nodded. It didn't come and we had to ask her again, but then she looked annoyed that we did. She gave us one though. They didn't seem or act properly to us the whole time. Not a smile even. They seem unhappy with what they do. Food was ok and served quicker than I thought so kitchen staff must be better. guests came and more staff were somehow visible

Please don’t come here there’s so many other restaurants. The waitresses are so rude. Extremely rude. Food also 1/10……..

Dinner here was quite good. We ordered Orange Duck, Chicken w/ Black Mushrooms, and Cantonese Fried Rice. They were patient with our French (and spoke English). Plates were all a la carte and shareable.
