Following... read more First time in the Criée du Val d'Europe: what a surprise! We were very warmly received by Frédéric, with an exceptional sense of service (and humour)! Following his recommendations, I opted for the whole bar: perfect cooking, simple and tasty accompaniments, but above all a minute thread under your eyes! All staff have been reactive and in small care. The remaining setting of a short shopping centre food, the restaurant's position remains pleasant. In short, for a small iodized hunger or great seafood products, I recommend 100%!

One of the mo... read more Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Criée du Val d'Europe was not up to my expectations, and I feel obliged to share a disappointing experience. One of the most striking aspects was the deplorable state of the toilet. Cleanness was far from being at the rendezvous, with crottes not evacuated in the bowl and urine spread on the ground. This lack of hygiene has greatly covered the overall experience and has been unacceptable to a food establishment. In addition, the room manager interfered in our discussions inappropriately, which created a feeling of discomfort. This negatively affected our appreciation of the restaurant's atmosphere. With regard to the kitchen, the value for money was disappointing. The dishes were relatively expensive compared to the proposed quality. Disappointment has increased with a failing service, characterized by prolonged expectations despite the low number of customers present. Another point to highlight is the lack of collaboration between the room manager and the other servers. Its lack of involvement and support to staff was evident, creating a unprofessional atmosphere. In summary, my visit to the Criée du Val d'Europe was a globally disappointing experience, marked by hygiene problems, a mediocre service, high prices regarding the quality of the dishes and an atmosphere altered by the attitude of the room manager. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend this establishment.

As many empty mussels as filled mussels (not difficult to offer as much as you want! No tablespoon to eat the cream, no dish for the empty shells, no salt for the fries, no finger rinse, no knife fish for the scallops, no bread, and we are still waiting for the waiter for the dessert menu! Knowing that the restaurant was filled to a quarter of its capacity, I wonder how you could have handled the situation. Finally, no paper in the toilets!! Huge disappointment.
